Contractor compliance tracking
Right-to-work, driving licences, contracts and identity documents tracked per driver. Expiries flagged before they happen, not after.
Live integration with HMRC and DVLA means right-to-work, licences, MOT, road tax and insurance are checked in real time. Expiry alerts go out before paperwork expires. Audits export in one click.
The risk of compliance is not the work, it is the missed deadline. Verion runs the checks you already need to run, and surfaces the ones you would otherwise miss.
Right-to-work, driving licences, contracts and identity documents tracked per driver. Expiries flagged before they happen, not after.
MOT, road tax and insurance status pulled live from DVLA. Renewals queued, drivers and managers notified automatically.
API-level integration. No CSV imports. No portal logins. Checks happen in the background as documents are uploaded or vehicles are added.
Configurable lead times. Driver and manager both get a heads-up at 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before any compliance item expires.
Every check, document and signature is timestamped and stored. Audits export to PDF or CSV in one click, by driver, vehicle or contract.
One screen showing the green / amber / red status of every driver and every vehicle across every contract you run.
Verion runs the right-to-work, licence, MOT and insurance checks in the background and flags anything before it lapses. You see green, amber, red, never a nasty surprise at audit.
Most compliance software stores documents but does nothing to verify them. A licence number sits in a folder. A MOT date sits in a spreadsheet. The check itself is still manual, and still missed.
Verion is built to integrate with the source of truth. Right-to-work and tax status come from HMRC. Licence entitlement and MOT come from DVLA. The platform does not just remember what someone told you, it confirms what is actually true today.
When Amazon, Evri or any other contract holder asks for a compliance audit, you should not be reformatting CSVs at 11pm on a Sunday. Verion exports the full audit trail, per driver and per vehicle, with timestamps and source-of-record evidence, in a single click.
Audits include the original document, the date it was checked, the source of the check (HMRC, DVLA, manager review), and any subsequent renewals.
Honest answers on what Verion is, how it works and where it does not (yet). If something here is unclear, we’d rather you ask.
Still have questions?Talk to the our teamNo. Verion automates the data-collection and renewal-tracking work so your compliance officer focuses on judgement calls and edge cases rather than chasing paperwork. The platform reduces manual workload, it does not replace human accountability.
The driver and manager are notified at 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before expiry. The driver gets a self-service link to upload the renewal directly. If the deadline passes without renewal, the driver is automatically marked as not ready-to-work until resolved.
