  • Does Verion replace my compliance officer?

    No. Verion automates the data-collection and renewal-tracking work so your compliance officer focuses on judgement calls and edge cases rather than chasing paperwork. The platform reduces manual workload, it does not replace human accountability.

  • What happens when a document expires?

    The driver and manager are notified at 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before expiry. The driver gets a self-service link to upload the renewal directly. If the deadline passes without renewal, the driver is automatically marked as not ready-to-work until resolved.

  • Is HMRC integration available on the free plan?

    Yes. HMRC and DVLA integrations are part of the free Verion platform. There are no enterprise tiers, no per-check fees and no usage caps on the operator side.

  • Can I export audit packs for Amazon DSP audits specifically?

    Yes. You can filter the audit export by contract, so an Amazon-only audit pack covers only the drivers and vehicles assigned to your Amazon DSP contract, in the format Amazon expects.
