Verion handles multi-rate, multi-contract payments for employed and self-employed drivers. Base rates, parcel bonuses, performance incentives, deductions and invoices are calculated automatically.

Most DSPs spend hours every week processing driver payments. Verion automates the calculations, generates payroll and self-bill invoices, and reduces the entire payment cycle to a few clicks.

Full payment scheduling

Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or custom cycles. Set it once per contract, Verion runs it from then on. Schedule changes in two clicks.

Instant self-bill invoice generation

Self-bill invoices generated per driver per cycle, branded and itemised. Stored in the driver's record, exportable in bulk for accounting.

Automated rate and bonus calculations

Base rates, per-parcel bonuses, performance incentives and deductions all applied automatically. Multi-rate logic per contract supported out of the box.

Multi-contract, multi-rate support

A driver running Amazon on Monday and Evri on Wednesday is billed correctly without manual reconciliation. Verion knows what they did, on what contract, at what rate.

Transparent earnings breakdowns

Drivers see exactly how their pay was calculated, line by line. Reduces payroll queries by 80%, and builds trust.

Exportable reports for accounting

Export to Xero via our API, or generate CSV exports in one click. Per-driver, per-contract, per-period. Your accountant will love you.

Drivers focus on the round. Verion calculates the rates, raises the self-bill invoices and pays on the schedule you set, with every line reconciled and exportable.

Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) don't all pay drivers the same way. A driver might earn a daily rate on one contract, be paid per parcel on another, and receive bonuses or deductions alongside either.

Generic payroll software can't handle that. Verion can. Each contract has its own rate card, drivers inherit the rules for the contracts they're assigned to, and payments are calculated automatically for every pay cycle, whether drivers are self-employed or employed.

  • Rate cards defined per contract, not per driver
  • Bonus and incentive rules expressed declaratively
  • Deductions tracked, capped and amortised
  • Run a pay cycle from desktop, tablet or mobile
The Verion pay run on a tablet: payable totals, VAT and a per-driver breakdown, the same on every device

Verion is payments-agnostic. You can pay drivers through your existing bank or accountant, and Verion still owns the heavy work, calculation, invoicing and reconciliation.

The actual payment rail is your call. Verion just makes sure the numbers are right and the records are clean.

Still have questions?Talk to the our team
  • Can drivers see how their pay was calculated?

Yes. Each driver gets a per-cycle breakdown in the mobile app showing base, bonuses, incentives and deductions, line by line. This typically reduces payroll queries by 60 to 80%.

  • How does Verion handle deductions like kit or fuel advances?

Deductions are tracked per driver with caps and amortisation rules you set. The platform applies them automatically to subsequent cycles until the deduction is settled.

  • Does Verion replace my accountant?

No. Verion handles the calculation and invoicing. Your accountant still files. The optional Verion Accountancy add-on can take that on too if you want a single-vendor solution.
